Hence, even I thought of writing on something very similar. However, instead of talking just about Content Marketing, I want to talk about: “The role of Data in Content Marketing”.
Data plays a vital role as it helps you bridge the gap between the creative side and the analytical side.
The Data helps not only in measuring the effectiveness of the content which has been created/published/promoted but also helps in understanding what type of content should be created for a specific audience.
And Hence, you can clearly say that with the right Data, you can create the right content strategy.
Now, when we get into the “Content” … Again, Data plays a vital role as to have an influence on your audience it is important to back-up your assertions with data!
Today, using data in your content should be looked at as relevant as using spell-check on your content.
In Content, if you are trying to make a point, it is advisable to include relevant Data sources to back it up. It makes the content more convincing and reliable!
