Kurt Dahl
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Kurt was appointed Chief Executive Officer of coNEXA Infrastructure Partners on 31 January 2022 and sits on the board of directors as an Executive Director.
Kurt is a Chemical Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, with projects ranging in size and complexity for Government and Private Clients. Through these roles, Kurt has developed a deep working knowledge of the fundamental relationship between design, delivery, operation, maintenance and sustained performance.
Over the past 16 years, Kurt has been actively involved in the rapidly growing Australian markets for local water infrastructure and membrane technology. Kurt has led the development and realisation of a number of industry leading / award winning infrastructure solutions to multifaceted water challenges across Australia. He understands the importance of infrastructure which continues to deliver on utility, social, financial and environmental objectives over the long term. Through active participation in global networks, industry associations and Government consultation, Kurt seeks to continuously gain and share knowledge
Danny Latham
Chairman and Non-Executive Director
Danny is a Partner in the Infrastructure Investments team of Igneo Infrastructure Partners.
In his role, Danny is primarily responsible for portfolio management and business development including fundraising and deal origination.
Danny is a member of the Senior Management Team and the European Diversified Infrastructure Fund and Global Diversified Infrastructure Fund Investment Committees, and he currently sits on the board of directors of Water Utilities Australia.
Prior to joining FSI, Danny was Director of RREEF Infrastructure based in London and Sydney, with responsibilities for portfolio management, asset acquisition and asset management and was Senior Partner and a foundation member of AMP’s infrastructure team in 1994.
He has previously held over 10 board positions with transport and utility companies including Spark Infrastructure, United Energy, Melbourne Airport and Northern Gas Networks. Over the last 10 years, he has also been Fund Manager for a number of infrastructure funds and client mandates, including state and large corporate pension plans.
Danny has a Masters of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, Sydney.
Alan Wu
Non-Executive Director
Alan is Director in Igneo Infrastructure Partners (“Igneo”), the infrastructure business within First Sentier Investors.
Alan is Director in Igneo Infrastructure Partners (“Igneo”), the infrastructure business within First Sentier Investors. He joined the team in 2001. He is responsible for the management of transport and utilities assets as well as sourcing, evaluating and securing investment opportunities. Alan has also been involved in the establishment and growth of Igneo’s flagship infrastructure funds in Australia.
Alan currently serves as a Director on coNEXA Infrastructure Partners, Brisbane Airport and Adelaide Airport. He was previously director on various infrastructure boards, including International Parking Group, Bankstown and Camden Airports and First Gas.
Alan holds a Master of Commerce (Funds Management) from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the same university. He is a CFA charter holder and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Carmel Krogh
Non-Executive Director
Carmel is an experienced water infrastructure professional with extensive leadership and management skills.
Carmel is an experienced water infrastructure professional with extensive leadership and management skills. She has successfully combined both executive and non-executive roles and served as National President of the Australian Water Association (AWA) from 2019-2021.
Carmel has over 40 years water industry experience and has made a significant contribution to the water sector and to the advancement of women. She was the first female to graduate from the NSW Institute of Technology (now UTS) in civil engineering.
Carmel has had many years’ experience in local government in several senior roles, has worked in the private sector and as an Infrastructure Advisor for the Australian Aid Program. In 2019 Carmel was awarded an OAM for her contribution to civil engineering. In that same year she was also awarded a Special Achievement Award by the NSW Minister for Local Government for her contribution to the sector.
Carmel holds a Master of Engineering, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), and a Post graduate Diploma in Local Government Engineering. She is a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers.

Chris is a customer-driven, commercially focused strategic leader with over 20 years of experience helping organisations drive outcomes through innovation in developing and delivering product and service solutions. Chris has a passion for collaboration across public and private stakeholders in bringing people together to articulate common goals and translate them into meaningful actions and outcomes.
In his 18 years in Australia, Chris has focused on leading teams to deliver smarter solutions. As a consultant, Chris has led transformative, trans-disciplinary initiatives to integrate planning and infrastructure outcomes for more efficient land development solutions for multiple clients across Sydney. Chris successfully established a commercially viable integrated Smart City, property and utility (water, energy and telecommunications) model, bringing together multiple public and private organisations in partnership and incorporating a first of its kind in Australia Urban Living Laboratory. Just prior to joining coNEXA, Chris headed Sydney Water’s City Growth and Development team, leading commercial engagements with key customers interacting with and growing Sydney Water’s networks and operations.
Chris is a Chartered Engineer (EA) and Certified Practicing Project Director (AIPM). He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of NSW, a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Bachelor of Arts (English Literature) from Vanderbilt University (USA) and a Diploma in Project Management (AUS).
Josh Moran
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Joshua Moran has experience working with customers and partners across a range of industries, including water, bioenergy and hydrogen, to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Joshua has experience developing opportunities in new industries, such as bioenergy and hydrogen, and implementing new technology in the water industry. He developed the Malabar Biomethane Project from concept to final investment decision through facilitating partnerships, securing ARENA funding, initiating new certification, and drove government recognition of emissions reductions.
Joshua is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with a strong technical and delivery background throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure projects such as Rosehill Recycled Water Scheme as a project engineer from environmental approvals through to commissioning and later as commercial manager of the asset through to sale from Jemena to coNEXA.
Joshua holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and Advanced Science (Physics, Mathematics).
Adam Stevens
Chief Financial Officer
Having worked in senior finance positions for over 15 years, Adam has extensive experience in corporate financial management encompassing accounting, tax, treasury, budgeting, reporting and finance team management.
In addition, he has worked on various debt raisings, business acquisitions including post-acquisition integration, group restructures, strategic cost management, international expansion and financial system implementation projects.
As coNEXA’s Chief Financial Officer, Adam’s role oversees all facets of coNEXA’s corporate services function encompassing finance, tax, treasury, information technology and human resources. Before joining coNEXA, Adam was most recently Chief Financial Officer for an Water Treatment business where he was responsible for managing the finance function for entities across Australia, South America, the Middle East and Asia.
Adam is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Governance Institute of Australia. He has a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Flinders University.
Jarrod Livingstone-Foggo
Manager – Projects
Jarrod has over 20-years’ experience in heavy industry and the water industry.
Jarrod has worked on a large variety of projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, piping and pressure vessels, civil works and complex multi-disciplinary installations. Jarrod has worked in design, project management and management roles experience across the entire project lifecycle from concept through to full operation including procurement, regulatory approvals, contract management and operational support.
Jarrod’s experiences have developed a driven customer focus, attention to detail and an appreciation of operating plants and the importance of operation and maintenance in the design and delivery. Jarrod is responsible for the Projects part of the coNEXA business and ensuring that our position as a market leader in innovation, design and operation of water, recycled water and wastewater treatment is maintained.
Jarrod has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Wollongong.

Liam Kilcullen
Manager Contract Operations
Liam is a senior manager and qualified Chemical Engineer with over twenty years’ experience in industrial water, water and wastewater treatment systems. Liam joined coNEXA in 2019 as Operations Manager.
Prior to working for coNEXA Liam worked with Veolia Water Australia as Operations Manager at Veolia’s ERA Brine Concentrator Project. He then transitioned to the Wastewater Treatment Manager for the Hunter Contract where he was responsible for the operation of the client’s 19 WWTP to ensure compliance with their Environmental Protection Licenses.
Prior to joining Veolia, he worked with GHD on industrial, water and wastewater treatment systems.
In his Operation Management roles, he has responsibility to ensure that the contract objectives are met, whilst taking responsibility for the broader client relationship as a member of collaborative management teams, Operation and Maintenance of plant and equipment, Environmental Compliance, team leadership, development and mentoring.
He also has a strong technical focus upon investigative analysis and recommendations, fault-finding, conceptual design, project management and business development. In these roles he was also responsible for building, leading and managing the workload of the various job teams, further developing team leadership responsibility skills.
Liam has a highly developed ability to manage complex priorities, develop positive relationships, especially in the face of adversity, through his integrity and openness, his resilience, highly driven work ethic, relevant experience working in Alliance style contracts and leadership skills developed over his career.
Eddie McGarry
SA Asset Manager
Eddie has worked in technical and management roles across the spectrum of wastewater and recycled water operations, and asset management, including treatment and networks functions.
With 18 years’ experience in the water industry, Eddie has worked in technical and management roles across the spectrum of wastewater and recycled water operations, and asset management, including treatment and networks functions. Prior to joining coNEXA, Eddie spent time developing wastewater asset growth and renewal regulatory plans, while working for SA Water and managed wastewater and recycled water treatment plants in metropolitan Adelaide while working for Allwater, the contract operations partner of SA Water.
With extensive experience in operations and asset management, Eddie manages operations, asset management and business development aspects of coNEXA’s South Australian businesses.
